BREWER, Mo. -- Agnes Cecelia Brewer, 93, of Brewer died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at Perry Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation in Perryville, Mo.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8:30 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 9:20 a.m. Wednesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer, with the Rev. Bill Rhinehart officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

A funeral will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2010 for 93-year-old Agnes Cecelia Brewer of Brewer who died November 14, 2010 at Perry Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation in Perryville.

She was born February 13, 1917 in Perryville the daughter of Peter Arthur and Mary Laura (Miles) Swink who both preceded her in death.

She married George Harley Brewer on October 28, 1934. He preceded her in death on October 4, 1972.

She is survived by three sons: David (Monica) Brewer of Festus, Jerry (Iva) Brewer of Brewer and Gene (Judy) Brewer of Dunlap, Tennessee; a daughter: Debra (Steve) Thieret of Perryville; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, two step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by an infant son: Kenneth David Lee; a son: Charles; a grandson: Mark; seven brothers and four sisters.

She was a retired cook from Perry County District 32 Elementary School and a home maker.

She was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church and Ladies Blessed Sacrament Sodality in Brewer.

Visitation will be 4-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 and 6:30-9:20 a.m. Wednesday, November 17th, 2010 at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 93-year-old Agnes Cecelia Brewer of Brewer will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 17th, 2010 at the Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer. The Rev. Bill Rhinehart will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Christ the Savior Catholic Church or to Elks Lodge charities.
